Abstract
Kota Ambon memiliki 22 Negeri. Merupakan kesatuan masyarakat hukum adat yang terbentuk berdasarkan sejarah dan asal-usul, hukum adat setempat yang sudah ada sebelum terbentuk Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia serta diakui dalam sistim pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
