Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis “Pengaruh brand ambassador dan testimoni online pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare avoskin”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uj f variabel independent brand ambassador, testimoni online pelanggan dan jenis kelamin berpengaruh secara simultan didapatkan hasil nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai
