Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi responden mengenai 7P yang terdiri product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, dan process pada Bakso Aneka Semarang. Teknik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu konsumen yang pernah makan di Bakso Aneka minimal 2 kali. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan setiap dimensi 7P termasuk dalam kategori tinggi
