Abstract

Perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya memerlukan loyalitas dari karyawan supaya dapat mencapai tujuan bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui loyalitas karyawan Ayam Goreng Bang Mus. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskripsi dimana menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengetahui jawaban dari responden. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 5 responden. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah loyalitas Ayam Goreng Bang Mus dalam kategori tinggi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Ayam Goreng Bang Mus dapat melakukan kebijakan terkait ketaatan pada peraturan dengan memberikan sanksi yang tegas dan meningkatkan tanggung jawab dengan cara meningkatkan pengawasan kepada karyawan. Kata kunci : loyalitas karyawan Companies in running their business require loyalty from employees in order to achieve common goals. This study aims to determine employee loyalty Bang Mus Fried Chicken. The theory used in this study is a quantitative description which uses a questionnaire to find out the answers from the respondents. The sample technique used in this study is a saturated sample. Respondents in this study amounted to 5 respondents. The result found is the loyalty of Bang Mus Fried Chicken in the high category. The implication of this research is that Bang Mus Fried Chicken can carry out policies related to compliance with regulations by providing strict sanctions and increasing responsibility by increasing supervision of employees.
