Abstract
Kampung Laut (KL) is a restaurant that has some external and internal conditions related to the main weaknesses and threats that its location is in the government-owned area, the conditions of surrounding society which their land are narrowed and their income are not stable, emerging of competitors, conditions of raw materials supply which have obstacles, and the place of the raw material isn’t aesthetics. The objective of this research is to create Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) model that will also work as corporate strategic plan to grow and expand continuously in sustainable way for KL. This model will be called FRIENDLY Aquaphonics System (FAS).
