Abstract
Audit manajemen atas fungsi produksi yang dilakukan pada PT. Arindo Garmentama Semarang sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menambah tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas fungsi produksi jenis data maupun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif pengujian pengendalian penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Secara keseluruhan sasaran audit, fungsi produksi cukup efektif, cukup efisien namun kurang ekonomis
