Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, leverage, profitabilitas, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap manajemen laba. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 261 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2017-2019. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap manajemen laba. Leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen laba. Kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba
