Poverty reduction programs realize that determinant of poverty is complex. Poverty is not merely economical issue. It needs comprehensive approach to cope the problems. A lot of experts shared their experiences related to poverty reduction. They shared that the psychological condition of the human resources such as self-reliance and self resilience is important. Self-reliance is a self-belief that individu or community has ability to change the stressful condition and not depend on other’s support. Self resilience is a condition that someone or a community knows their threat, their capacity, and their ability to cope the threat.
