Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompleksitas industri, kualitas laba, auditor spesialis industri, dan tata kelola perusahaan terhadap stock price synchronicity. Hasilnya adalah variabel kompleksitas industri berpengaruh positif, sedangkan kualitas laba, auditor spesialisasi industri, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap stock price synchronicity. Untuk variabel ukuran dan independensi Dewan Komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap stock price synchronicity
