Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji apakah luas pengungkapan dan AI berpengaruh terhadap CEC. Sampel perusahaan ini adalah perusahan manufaktur tahun 2005. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi berganda, hasilnya luas pengungkapan sukarela dan AI tidak berpengaruh terhadap luas pengungkapan dan asimetri informasi berpengaruh terhadap CEC.
