Abstract
Abstract. The Covid-19 pandemic has stimulated the new world order and the acceleration of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This pandemic has an impact on various sectors. This condition allows a person to experience disturbances or change and see opportunities in thenew world order. The ability to think reflectively, that he is essential, understand life, determine a broader purpose to live in the meaning of being necessary to respond to this crisis. Components of purpose, coherence, and significance help individualsadapt to a situation and develop with change. The change process that individuals deliberatelyandactively develop is known as the Personal Growth Initiative/PGI. PGI is needed to support better meaning. People who regularly utilize PGI skills to engage in positive personal change processes can feel greater meaning in life and experience more fulfillment.
