Abstract
Tri Dharma of Higher Education is the obligation of Higher Education to organize education, research, and community service”. The author had undertaken three activities through the courses, mainly on the subject of civil law and its correlation with gender and the right of the child’s issue. Those activities, namely: publications on books (monograf and book chapters), international journal, conferences (international, national, regional and local), international visiting lecturing, researches with national and international funds, and doing community service. Those activities were undeniable have a significant influence, not only to the author self-development and improvement but also to deepen and improve the knowledge which will be given back to students and community continuously.
