Abstract

Inovasi rasa bubur ayam di Bubur Ayam Sukabumi Odeon Semarang dengan menambahkan ebi dan bumbu-bumbu lain memberikan variasi rasa seafood. Proses inovasi dilakukan berdasarkan teori dari (Luecke, 2013:2 dalam Kristianto, 2017) : idea generation, opportunity recognition, idea evaluation, development, dan commercialization. Berdasarkan tahapan tersebut maka produk inovasi variasi rasa bubur ayam dapat tercipta dan dipasarkan.
