Abstract

Marketing Comunication has so many platform which each platform has different technique. One of the platform which is possible to implemented for developing MSME is Word of Mouth (WOM) and electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM). WOM uses konventional way such as direct persuasion communication to friend, family and neighbor. E-WOM uses contemporary concept that focus on media using, in this case espesialy use social media. The social media is used to communicate with friend, family and neigbor for persuading them as consumen. This platform will bring the marketing communication to create buzz marketing that will develop the marketing and selling process. Furthermore, creating Bazaar MSME also take important way to developing marketing program. This activity can be an idea for the marketer and Headman / village leader to campaign the product and the village. Keywords: MSME, Marketing, WOM, e-WOM, Bazaar MSME.
