Abstract

Every company certainly has a goal so that the company's target can be achieved, in order to achieve these goals, an employee must be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities for their work. employees must have competencies namely ability, knowledge or insight, and attitudes that are used as guidelines in carrying out responsibility for the work done by employees. The success obtained by the company is the result of the hard work of employees in a company. This success is inseparable from increasing the competencies possessed by employees as long as employees work in the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of employees of PT. Morinaga Kino Indonesia regarding competency certification and GNIK (Competent Indonesian National Movement). The method of selecting respondents using the purposive sampling method, with several predetermined criteria, the number of respondents was 23 respondents. The results of this study indicate that at PT. Morinaga Kino Indonesia, respondents already knew about competency certification and LSP (Professional Certification Institution) but respondents did not yet know TUK (Competency Test Place) and GNIK (Competent Indonesian National Movement because employees lacked information regarding LSP and TUK both from companies and outside the company .
