Abstract

Writing a thesis aims to present of the competence of the certification program .In addition of writing in a thesis now over the certification of what is required , but when investigation , pt .Does not require employees to cemako individual competence certificate .In research conducted in pt .Cemako , respondents intended the respondents who have positions the branches , the administration , the marketing , and the logistics that do not have certification competence , but i think the post had indeed takes certification competence . This study using the primary data , by using the method descriptive and quantitative sampling technique election respondents that is purposive .In research is conducted by the spread of the questionnaire and interview to reach a source of data related to the perception an employee of pt .Cemako certification of competence. The writing of a thesis aims to understand the perception of respondents was regarding the comprehensibility of the implementation of certification in competence , the needs of the implementation of certification in competence , certification institution competence , and understanding a national movement indonesia competent . Writing outcomes thesis this is respondents did not understand an explanation certification competence , respondents did not need certification competence , respondents did not understand about certification institution competence , and also were not aware term and source of information about the movement indonesian national competent .
