Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of return on asset, earning per share, and debt to equity ratio on stock return. The object of this research is property and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample of this research is 37 property and real estate companies. Sampling techniques that used in this research is purposive sampling. This study is analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-test with SPSS 15.0 program. The result shows that return on assets and earnings per share had an effect on stock return while only debt to equity ratio did not affect on stock return.
