Abstract

The success of a business is greatly influenced by the leader in running and managing his company. The purpose of this study is to analyze, describe and know entrepreneurial leadership for owner of Indonesian Maxi Dinamika Semarang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were all employees of Indonesian Maxi Dinamika and owner of Indonesian Maxi Dinamika. In this study using data collection techniques namely purposive sampling by taking a sample of 5 people consisting of 1 owner and 4 employees of Indonesia Maxi Dinamika Semarang. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in this study, it has a conclusion that entrepreneurial leadership to owner of Indonesian Maxi Dinamika is seen from all dimensions that have a high category, its means owner of Indonesian Maxi Dinamika has the characteristics of able to motivate, achievement oriented, creative, flexible patient, presistent, risk taker and visionary.
