Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah hasil pekerjaan akuntansi, perilaku etis akuntan, persyaratan pekerjaan, reputasi profesi akuntan, perasaan tentang profesi akuntansi, nilai-nilai sosial, self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap niat mahasiswa untuk berkarir di bidang akuntansi. Teknik pengambilan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jenis datanya menggunakan data primer. Metode survei yang digunakan yaitu berupa kuesioner dan disampaikan secara langsung kepada responden yang termasuk dalam kriteria sampel penelitian. Survey kuesioner ini berupa suatu kumpulan pertanyaan yang disusun secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah niat mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor - faktor hasil pekerjan akuntansi, perilaku etis akuntan, perasaan tentang profesi akuntan, nilai-nilai sosial, sel efficacy, pengetahuan akuntansi, dan rekomendasi berpengaruh terhadap niat mahasiswa untuk berkarir di bidang akuntansi. Namun, dari penelitian ini juga dapat diketahui bahwa persyaratan pekerjaan dan reputasi profesi akuntan tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat mahasiswa untuk berkarir di bidang akuntansi. An assemblage of survey this questionnaire in the form of a question that arranged systematically The research results obtained are the intentions of the students affected by the factors result pekerjan accounting, ethical behavior, feelings about the profession of accountant accountant, social values, the efficacy, knowledge of accounting, and influential recommendation against the intentions of the student for a career in the field of accounting. However, from this research can also be noted that the requirements of the job and the reputation of the profession of the accountant has no effect against the intentions of the student for a career in the field of accounting.
