Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship between job involvement and quality work life. The hypothesis in this study is there is a positive relationship between job involvement and quality work life, if job involvement is high than quality work life is high, so is the opposite. The subject of this study were 77 operational employees of PT. X. Data retrieval uses to kind of scales, namly the scale of job involvement and scale of quality work life. The method of analysis in this study is Pearson’s product - moment correlations. The result of statistical calculations rxy = 0.624 with (p<0.01). Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted, there is a positive and very significant relationship between job involvement and quality work life Key words: quality work life, job involvement
