Abstract

The Influence of Creativity and Product Innovation on Business Success (Study on Batik Entrepreneurs in the City of Semarang) The existence of micro and medium enterprises is the largest part of the national economy, because more and more people are entrepreneurship, eating as well as the economy of a region. Entrepreneurs are known to produce many creative products. Competition among entrepreneurs encourages these entrepreneurs to improve the quality of existing products, even thinking of making new products. The object of this research is the owner and craftsman of batik in the city of Semarang. The population in this study was batik entrepreneurship in the city of Semarang.In this study 30 samples were taken in the batik industry in the city of Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket dengan memberi pernyataan tertulis kepada responden. metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Based on the analysis carried out, this study concluded that the respondents had creativity to increase business success, which was seen from the attitude of wanting to learn and know new things about batik. Respondents made product innovations by adding more diverse batik products. The success of business has also increased,it is seen that the increased capital owned is used to increase business.
