Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of student learning viewed from endogenous factor (attitude) and exsogenus factor (learning environment) in increasing their intention to increase current knowledge to accounting students in three universities in Semarang city. The current level of knowledge used is the knowledge of Intellectual Capital. The population of this research are accounting students at three universities are Soegijapranata Catholic University, Diponegoro University, Dianuswantoro University. A questionnaire was used to gather data, distributed to accounting students in three universities in Semarang city and there are 173 questionnaire that can be used in this research. This research used SPSS for the data analysis. The result of this research are 1) There is a positive relationship between attitudes and intentions of accounting students in improving current knowledge 2) The positive learning environment affects the effect of attitudes on accounting student's intentions in improving current knowledge 3) There is a positive relationship between the intention and level of knowledge when this is obtained by accounting students. keywords: exogenous factor, endogenous factor, intention, intellectual capital, accounting students, student learning performan
