Abstract

This study examined the analysis of analysis and design of information technology-based accounting information systems at PT. established with the model driven development (MDD) method. Objects in this study PT. Mapan Djaya located at Jl. Lacking Industry Megah Gang VIII / 1 B. PT. Mapan Djaya is engaged in plastics (index and blow) and the main product produced is plastic bottles (one set to bottle caps). This study uses a Model Driven Development (MDD) approach. The results of this study are before the computerization system at PT. Mapan Djaya processes are carried out manually from the start of purchasing goods or raw materials to the production process and sales transactions. Computerized system design in information technology-based sales systems at PT. Mapan Djaya may help in checking sales, purchasing, inventory, production activities and overcoming the existing problems, such as inefficient manual accounting systems, weak internal controls and manual system delays. The design of the information system-based sales system also stores sales data in detail in the database, so that it can be used for the benefit of the company, because the data can be used, among others, for reference if the company wants to develop its business in the future.
