Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of working capital management, firm size, and board on profitability in manufacturing companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2016. This research was conducted on 46 manufacturing companies that published annual report in the period of 2014-2016 that used Rupiah. This research was quantitative research by using multiple linear regression. The research concluded that firm size (LF) and board had significant influence on profitability (GPM). While the working capital management that was proxied into the cash conversion cycle (CCC) were proved did not have significant infulence on profitability (GPM). The implication of this research that the company need to manage working capital more effieciently in to increase the proftability of the company.
