Abstract

Brand Image school is an important thing for a school. Schools that can provide good service quality then impact on a good image as well. With the establishment of quality service and good school image then leads to satisfaction of students. The purpose of this research is 1) to know the description of the service quality, the image of the school and student satisfaction at private Christian High School YSKI Semarang, 2) to know the quality of service relationship with the image of the school at private Christian High School YSKI Semarang, 3) to know the influence of the quality of service of student satisfaction at private Christian High School YSKI Semarang, 4) to know the influence of the image of the school to the student satisfaction at private Christian High School YSKI Semarang and 5) to find out whether there is influence between service quality and the image of the school to the student satisfaction at Private Christian High School YSKI Semarang. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. sampling technique using questionnaires distributing technique to 212 respondents. Data analysis method using Linear Regression.
