Abstract

This study aims to design an information system in accordance with the needs of the company so as to generate the information needed in decision making and can generate the journals needed to form financial statements. The object of this research is laying chicken farm named "C.V. E & E "located in Dukuh Lemah Mendak, Mijen Sub-district, Semarang City. Data analysis technique used in this research is with method driven methodology approach The findings of this study are the weaknesses that occur by using manual system on the CV E & E chicken business is: manual financial information recording is prone to errors, recording financial information manually vulnerable to fraud, no benchmark in checking inventory, no control over goods entered or exit, income or expenses are not known clearly the origin (between operating income and non-operating). By implementing this Model Driven Development (MDD) program, it will solve the existing problems. With the use of this Model Driven Development (MDD) program, it is expected that CV E & E's broiler business can provide convenience, accuracy, accuracy, data processing speed, and minimize errors Keywords: MDD, chicken farm, CV.
