Abstract

Every Indonesian citizen requires public disclosure in the implementation of public services. Public information disclosure itself is one of the principles of an excellent public service, therefore the Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure is implemented in Indonesia. Law No. 14 of 2008 which everyone is legal to seek and find about public information. Public information that everyone should know and free to accessed is a price of staple goods in traditional market. Every public service department must effectively implement the Law, included Department of Industry and Trade of Central Java, in order to impose the principles of an excellent public and achieve good governance. The researcher wanted to see how the implement of Law No. 14 of 2008 about public information disclosure by information management and documentation officials Department of Industry and Trade of Central Java to provide staple goods price for public. The writer was doing research directly in Department of Industry and Trade of Central Java and see the implementation of the regulations of the Law regarding public information disclosure is. The data collection techniques in the writing of this research are the method of literature study, interviews and analysis data. Methods of literary study obtained by studying legislation, and other literature. The methods of interviews were conducted using the speakers in the Department of Industry and Trade of Central Java
