Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh role ambiguity, role conflict, role overload dan tipe kepribadian terhadap burnout. Sampel penelitian adalah auditor di Kantor Akuntan Publik Semarang. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Semakin tinggi role ambiguity semakin tinggi burnout. (2) Semakin tinggi role conflict semakin tinggi burnout. (3) Semakin tinggi role overload semakin tinggi burnout. (4) Orang dengan tipe kepribadian A cenderung akan mengalami burnout
