Abstract

ABSTRACT A company needs to take an advantage of the development of computerized technology in processing data such as attendance data and remuneration. It is intended to advance the company. Using a manual process of remuneration, there is a big possibility that can result errors when arrange the payment check. Therefore, a company needs a program that can minimize repeated errors and inrease a processing time of remuneration data with this program. Employees remuneration using hash table data structures can generate an employee roll that contain an accurate data, so it can increase the trust of employee in the company. This program use C programming language and hash table data structure. With that data structure, it can simplify the process of adding, deleting, and searching an salary data. Remuneration employee program will produce an easiness on processing data for remuneration division and give an easiness to many employees for accessing the payment earned each month Keyword: remuneration, C programming language, hash table
