Abstract
English is an international language that is often used. People can learn English using a dictionary. Dictionary is mostly a book, but many people are lazy to read books. Therefore, digital dictionary is more effective and easy to used. This program create digital dictionary using arraylist data structure with C++ programming language. The result of this program is can translate word and sentence from English to Indonesia or Indonesia to English. This program facilitated with add word and edit word that already exist, also can delete word.
