Abstract
In the era of computerization is a computer program it is very needed by users, computer users will find it helpful by the program used. considering a computer program has a storage, the constraints to be faced is the loss of data from the computer program itself. Based on observations to computer users, the loss of data in a computer program is very detrimental to the user. Many computer users wanted a system that would be able to resolve data loss on a program. The steps that will be taken by the authors solve this problem can be done by many methods. Learn what is a database and the facilities available in the database, the synchronization system to secure data can be created on a computer progrom. For that author will create a synchronization system for a program by using the stored procedure and PHP, so that data that is stored on a database are also in sync to another database or to another computer.
