Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika psikologis perilaku makan makanan bersih pada mahasiswa kos. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif studi kasus pada lima subjek, tiga subjek dengan perilaku makan makanan bersih dan dua subjek dengan perilaku makan makanan tidak bersih. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisa menggunakan Theory of Planned Behaviour. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku makan makanan bersih dan tidak bersih didorong kuat oleh sikap, sedangkan faktor percieved behavioral control tidak terlalu mempengaruhi, dan norma subjektif tidak muncul pada empat dari lima subjek. Pengaruh intensi terhadap perilaku makan makanan bersih juga tidak terlalu nampak.
