Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor rasio keuangan dan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2014. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah industri consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2012-2014 dengan 110 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa current ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Return on equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Debt to equity ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Total asset turnover ratio (TATO) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara keseluruhan ROE, DER, dan CSR berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan
