Abstract
Kabupaten Temanggung merupakan daerah perkebunan dan pertanian yang sangat memerlukan pelayanan dibidang transportasi. Ruas jalan Kedu - Kandangan - Kaloran merupakan salah satu jalur alternatif untuk mempersingkat pendistribusian hasil bumi daerah Temanggung namun sejauh ini ruas jalan tersebut tidak berfungsi secara optimal.
