Abstract
Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menyusun rencana bisnis CBEO ”Mutiara Hati” ditinjau dari aspek pemasaran, aspek operasional, SDM dan keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan sesama pelaku bisnis EO dan calon customer maka akan diketahui trend bisnis EO di era masa kini, yang selanjutnya digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi perencanaan bisnis CBEO ”Mutiara Hati”.
